It was a busy week at the end of the year, but the service remained the same. I just want you to pay more attention to cleaning up. After cleaning, there was a lot of dust on the shelves. The bedding and mattresses are all perfect, so I'm taking a good rest this time. I recommend this hotel to you.

年末が入っている週間なので賑やかでしたがサービスには変わりませんでした。 ただ、掃除をもう少し気にしてくださったらと思います。 掃除の後なのに棚みたいな所にほこりが多かったです。 寝具類整理、マットレスのいずれも完璧で今度の旅行も安楽によく休みます。 私はこのホテルを皆さんに推薦します。

연말이 끼어있는 주간이라 북적북적 했지만 서비스에는 변함이 없었어요. 다만 청소를 좀 더 신경 써주셨으면 합니다. 청소후인데도 선반 같은 곳에 먼지가 많았습니다. 침구류정리, 매트리스 모두 완벽해서 이번 여행도 안락하게 잘 쉬다갑니다. 저는 이호텔을 여러분들께 추천합니다.

건물은 새것처럼 깨끗한데 로비바닥이 일어나 삐걱거리는..연식이 느껴지지만 아직 건설중인듯한 미완성같은 오묘함이 느껴지는 곳
겨울에 평창여행자주 오는데 오리엔트리조트는 뜨끈뜨끈한데 여기는 온돌방인데도 추웠어요. 이불은 넉넉해서 좋았어요

This is the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. Hotel is advertised with kitchen but upon checking in, we find out that they don’t allow usage of the kitchen and a bunch of the facilities in the hotel. The only usage is the room.
The hotel gives out 2 cards per hotel room, regardless of party size. I have a party of 6 and is given 2 cards. A deposit of 20,000 won is required to even get more keys.
There are barely any amenities nearby and the hotel itself does not provide any amenities.
Lastly, the reviews of this hotel is very outdated. There is no more shuttle to the ski resort. If you are expecting to have a shuttle to the rest of the resort, don’t bother booking this hotel.

Did not expect that the big suite has no cutlery, toothbrush and no shower gel. Very remote and hotel restaurants are closed at the midst of holiday season. Only two big towels for four people. Did not feel that the hotel staff here are nice at all.

Wonderful rooms, kind staff, and nearby the Waterpark, karaoke, bowling and other amenities. However, we had a suite room but there were only cups in the room . We had to purchase disposable dishes and chopsticks and there was no microwave in the room. Also, they didn't have dishsoap to wash the cups...however, even so, the rooms were awesome. So clean. And we had two bedrooms with a queen size bed each and our own washrooms in each room. Definitely recommend this hotel. It is especially good for families.

Stayed 2 nights in off season. The price is good but keep your expectations realistic. During off season they are open but have no added services. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There is a CU in the hotel but no other food options. You will need to drive to find a restaurant which wasnt a problem for us.

한겨울 보일러 안됨. 샴푸 사야함. 칫솔 구매해야함. 보일러 시간제로 돌린다하는데 계속 추움. 라디에이터 따로 전화해야 가져다줌 시설 노후화 많이됨
