If you are planning to shop at The North Face White Label in Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch, please be cautious or consider avoiding this store. The staff informed us that to enjoy online discounted prices, you must register as a member using a Korean phone number; otherwise, the items are sold at the original price with only tax refunds available. When we inquired with other The North Face staff on the same floor, they stated that prices would match the online discount prices. Even after conveying the issue to the information center and explaining that other Lotte Department Stores offer the same online discounts, the problem remained unresolved. The service personnel assisted in contacting the store staff, but their expressions gradually became awkward. Eventually, they informed us that we could return the items. Additionally, the staff’s English proficiency was very poor, and their attitude was extremely unfriendly. We strongly recommend avoiding shopping at The North Face White Label in the Busan Main Branch.
